Our client, a prestigious 5 stars hotel and 2AA rosettes and 150 rooms, located in London, Great Britain, is looking for an experienced head waiter to work by rotation in their Award – Winning Restaurant and main dining.

The hotel is a luxury five-star hotel with 20 hole golf course, magnificent spa and more than 1,000 acres of parkland and gardens created by one of the most famous lanscape designer.

ROLE:
You will operate in a supervisory capacity in the 1 rosette awarded Restaurant, Bar and functions to ensure the service experience is consistently managed to a five star standard. You will be expected to perform to a high standard and to contribute to the delivery of great results in the department, working with and through teams to and create special experiences for our guests. You will daily report to Restaurant Manager.

Require :

JOB SPECIFICATION
- At least 2 years experience in the position they apply for preferable in hotels at 4-5 stars level :, and experienced in fine dining service
- Excellent customer service, team player
- Ability to self start and overcome problems, making decisions as appropriate
- Ability to influence and persuade others to work to a high standard
- Ability to meet deadlines and work within established procedures
- Desire and ability to achieve results and develop the business
- Positive inter-personal skills and a passion for creating a special experiences for the guests
- Fluent English required,

Salary

1000 - 2000 Euro

For our clients, nursing groups and private homes located in United Kingdom, we recruit care assistant to take care of elderly residents and assist them in and out of bed, dressing, personal hygiene , feeding and leisure activities (walks, outings, etc).
